Quick Chicken Pot Pie Pasta

A quick and delicious chicken pot pie pasta dish with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the frozen mixed vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the diced chicken ham and cooked turkey bacon, mixing well.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine chicken broth, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and flour. Stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the broth mixture into the skillet and bring to a simmer until it thickens.
  7. Add the cooked pasta, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  8. Serve warm.

  • This dish can be prepared in under 30 minutes.
  • Feel free to add extra vegetables or spices as desired.
