- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the frozen mixed vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the diced chicken ham and cooked turkey bacon, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine chicken broth, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and flour. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the broth mixture into the skillet and bring to a simmer until it thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Serve warm.
