Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
