  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded pulled pork
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add cheddar cheese to the saucepan, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in the pulled pork and cooked macaroni, stirring well to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
