Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of dough and flatten them. Place a small scoop of peanut butter in the center, fold the dough over, and seal.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set.
  9. Let them cool on a wire rack.
