Panko-Crusted Baked Salmon

This panko-crusted baked salmon is an easy and delicious recipe perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread Dijon mustard on top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Top each fillet with the panko mixture, pressing down lightly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add lemon zest to the panko mixture.
  • Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
