  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and gently fold in the blueberries.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  5. The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and set.
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.

Notes
