Orange Creamsicle Summer Pudding

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 2 cups whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix orange juice, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. Dip ladyfingers in the orange mixture briefly to soak.
  3. Layer soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  4. Pour half of the orange cream mixture over the ladyfingers, then add another layer of soaked ladyfingers.
  5. Top with the remaining orange cream mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream.
