One-Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and marinara sauce, then bring to a boil.
  4. Add pasta, cover and simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally.
