  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. Layer the mixture in a baking dish, alternating with more graham crackers if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled for a delightful treat.
