- 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 8 Oreos, crushed for topping
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crusts in the muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Once cool, refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
