  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
  5. Add cold water as needed to form a dough.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into circles for tart shells.
  7. Place the dough in tart pans and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, heat cream and pour it over chopped chocolate.
  9. Stir until smooth and add vanilla.
  10. Fill cooled tart shells with chocolate ganache.
  11. Chill in the fridge until set.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top of the ganache.
