1 cup sago pearls
2 ripe mangoes
1 can coconut milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
pinch of salt
Instructions
Rinse the sago pearls under cold water.
Boil water in a pot and add the sago pearls. Cook until they turn translucent.
Drain and rinse the sago again under cold water.
In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Cut the mangoes into small cubes.
In serving glasses, layer the sago pearls, diced mangoes, and coconut milk mixture.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, you can add more coconut milk.
