Loaded Cauliflower Broccoli Casserole

A delicious and hearty casserole combining cauliflower, broccoli, and turkey bacon, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the cauliflower and broccoli until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix the steamed vegetables with cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Add the turkey bacon and green onions, stirring to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
