Loaded Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole

A delicious and comforting dish made with tender cauliflower and broccoli, topped with cheese and bacon, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower
  • 1 medium head of broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the cauliflower and broccoli until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the steamed vegetables to the mixing bowl and stir until well-coated.
  5. Fold in the cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled bacon.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining bacon on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute different types of cheese based on preference.
