- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add the beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the carrots and bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
