- 1 can white beans
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
