Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and Italian herbs.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and knead to form a dough.
  4. Incorporate the shredded mozzarella cheese into the dough.
  5. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased bread pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
