Irresistible Zucchini Casserole

A delicious blend of flavors in a comforting casserole.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. In a large bowl, combine zucchini, chicken ham, cooked bacon, sautéed onion and garlic, cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, eggs, and milk.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle with additional cheese before baking.
