  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cut the croissants into bite-sized pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the croissants.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top, making sure to coat everything.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
