- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

- Allow cookies to cool completely on wire racks.
- In a bowl, combine marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to create the filling. Spread over half of the cookies and sandwich with the remaining cookies.
