  • 2 large eggs

  • 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, the vanilla extract, and buttermilk.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Divide the batter among the cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Let them cool completely before frosting.
  8. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and pipe onto each cooled cupcake.
  9. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over whipped cream topping.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
