  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until just set.
  3. Combine the rice, eggs, chopped bacon, soy sauce, and sesame oil in the skillet.
  4. Stir everything together and cook until heated through.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
