- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
