- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In the meantime, cook the egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Combine the noodles with the beef mixture and mix well.
