- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add egg and molasses to butter mixture and mix until combined.
