Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, sift together almond flour and powdered sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy.
  4. Gradually add granulated sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold in the dry ingredients and spices into the egg whites carefully.
  6. Pipe the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool.
  8. For the filling, mix butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  9. Sandwich the macarons with the filling.
