  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool completely before frosting.
  10. To make the frosting, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until smooth.
