  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, lightly toast the bread slices on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
  4. Roll each slice of bread flat, fill with turkey bacon and chicken ham, then roll them up.
  5. Dip each roll in the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the roll-ups, cooking until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Serve warm with maple syrup or powdered sugar.

Notes

  • For a sweeter version, add cream cheese or nut butter to the filling.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen for quick breakfasts!
