- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, cook ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, ground turkey mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Let lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
- For a vegetarian option, omit turkey and bacon.
