  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with marinara sauce.
  4. Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta cheese, half of the turkey bacon, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and the remaining marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
