  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded zucchini, carrots, corn, eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and add olive oil for moisture.
