Easy One Pan Creamy Lemon Caper Butter Salmon

A quick and delightful salmon dish featuring creamy lemon caper butter, prepared in one pan for easy cleanup.

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Put the salmon fillets in the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they flake easily with a fork.
  5. Pour in the lemon juice and capers, and sprinkle the lemon zest and dill over the top.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the salmon.
