- 4 fillets salmon
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
