  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in the Ninja Foodi on the sauté setting.
  3. Brown the chicken thighs for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Add BBQ sauce to the pot, making sure the chicken is well coated.
