  • 3 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups corn
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, turkey bacon, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
