  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add pumpkin puree, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined.
