  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Scrub potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. While potatoes are baking, cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crisp.
  6. Chop cooked bacon and stir into baked potatoes before serving.
