  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the sugar and oil together until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with boiling water.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
