Delicious Korean Ground Beef Bowl (Quick & Easy)

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Garnish with shredded carrots.
