- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
