  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers and slice them into half-moons.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
  4. Chop the fresh basil and add it to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss everything gently to combine.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes before serving.
