Crispy Salmon Bites with Harissa-Yogurt Sauce

Deliciously crispy salmon bites paired with a zesty harissa-yogurt sauce, perfect for any appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup harissa paste
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat each salmon piece in the breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
  6. In another bowl, combine the yogurt, harissa paste, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
  7. Serve the salmon bites with the harissa-yogurt sauce on the side.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
  • Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less harissa.
