  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Set up a dredging station with separate bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each piece of salmon in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
