Crispy Salmon Bites with Sauce

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together.
  3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Dip each piece in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
