- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brown the chicken thighs on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
