  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente and drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, spinach, turkey bacon, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and heavy cream.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with additional mozzarella if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
