  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
