  • 1 pound green beans
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. Add the potatoes and green beans to the pan, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Return the bacon to the pan, mix well, and serve.

  • For a richer flavor, use regular bacon instead of turkey bacon.
