  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and honey. Mix well until combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
