  • 3 pounds russet potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat to just below boiling.
  4. Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the cheese mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes and cheese mixture.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden on top.
