- 3 pounds russet potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat to just below boiling.
- Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the cheese mixture.

- Bake for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden on top.
