  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Egg noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and sauté until tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Slowly add the beef broth, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
